Friday, December 12th is McCornack's annual school health screening!

Lane County Dental Prevention will do an oral/dental health screening for all students, and fluoride varnish application for those that returned the yellow permission form sent home the first week of school. The Oregon Lions Sight & Hearing Foundation will perform vision SPOT checks for all students. If your student in these grades wears glasses or contacts, please have them bring those to school and wear them for the vision screening. A white ½ sheet form will come home in their homework folder about 1-2 weeks after the clinic with your student’s results.
