Wow! We are blown away by the response to our first meal kit drive! Our community really pulled together and on the first day alone, we were able to collect over 150 pounds of pasta and over 100 jars of pasta sauce! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Principal Dana sent out a form this morning to sign up for a Spaghetti Dinner Kit. Families have through Sunday (11/2) at 7pm to fill it out. We'll be working through the list first come, first served, and meal kits will be distributed on Monday afternoon (11/3).

And now, prepare yourself for something sweet: this coming week, November 3-7, the McCornack Busy Bees PTO will be holding a Pancake Breakfast Kit Drive! We will be gathering donations of boxes of pancake mix, bottles of syrup, canned fruit, and shelf-stable // boxed milk before and after school at both the front office door and the front playground. If you would prefer to make a direct donation to this meal kit drive, the QR code on the flyer will take you directly to the PTO's donation webpage.

We could always use extra eyes on the donation stations, so if you’re dropping off or picking up a child and can help supervise one of those areas for a few minutes, we’d hugely appreciate it! We'd also love donations of paper grocery bags to help us with meal kit distribution. (This way we don't have to buy plastic!)
